Contract Marketing Officer -
Banking, Customer Management, Customer Portfolio Management

Responsibilities :

  • To assist in developing customer communication materials for the Bank’s portfolio management initiatives, including but not limited to promotion flyers, terms and conditions and fee & charge booklet, and ensure all materials are compliant to the Bank’s policies and standards as well as regulatory requirements

  • To track and analyze the customer portfolio performance on a regular basis, including but not limited to qualify ratio, attrition ratio, product penetration, profitability and customer engagement level, and recommend actions to improve the portfolio performance

  • To work closely with stakeholders, including but limited to products, channels, L&C and MarCom to ensure assigned initiatives can be smoothly launched with proper flow and procedures for driving the Bank’s customer portfolio growth

  • To conduct fulfillments for portfolio management initiatives within the agreed timeframe to ensure a good customer experience

  • To track portfolio management initiatives results on a regular basis in order to monitor overall campaign efficiency and effectiveness

  • To update and share market intelligence among key stakeholders to ensure a common understanding on competitors’ latest offers in the market among different teams in order to take informed decisions

  • To provide on-site and logistic supports for events for the purpose of customer engagement

  • To conduct premiums sourcing for maintaining customer engagement

  • To monitor the A&P usage and alert the team if there is any abnormal spending for portfolio management programs vs. plan

  • To prepare monthly A&P forecast and accrual according to Business Unit Control

  • To evaluate marketing expenditures and make recommendations to achieve cost efficiency for marketing programs

  • To handle both internal and external customer enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner in order to achieve service excellence

  • To support ad hoc marketing activities, both for in-branch/ off-site and local/ regional promotional activities

Requirements :

  • High Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Highly organized team player

  • Analytical and proficient in data mining

  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
