This is one of our core business. We provide contract staff for our client(s) in the form of secondment service.
After receiving recruitment assignments from our client, we start searching for suitable candidates from the market. We will perform screening, skill assessment, interview, and suitable candidates are presented to our client for the second interviews. Upon selection and final approval and confirmation from the client, we will employ the candidate(s) as our contract staff and he/she is seconded to the client's department and will work in the client's office on a full time basis for an agreed contract period.
